Sharetix Application

Welcome to Sharetix.

In order to participate in the Sharetix program, you must be a recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization, a government agency or religious group. Review the following requirements to see if you are eligible.

To participate, your agency must:

  • Be a 501(c)(3) organization or government agency and you must provide a copy of your IRS Determination Letter.

  • Provide a copy of your most recent Agency Fact Sheet or brochure with published outcomes and a summary of services provided.

  • Have Executive Director approval to participate.

  • Include the Sharetix Foundation as an in-kind Donor in Annual Report and other marketing-related materials. Provide a copy of this report to Sharetix annually.

  • Designate an agency staff member as the Sharetix contact who will distribute tickets, track usage and report back to Sharetix after each event.

  • Submit a signed Sharetix Memo of Understanding before requesting tickets.
