Sharetix Application

Thanks for your interest in Sharetix.

Review the following requirements below to see if your organization is a fit for our program.

To be a Sharetix Partner your agency must:

  • Be a 501(c)(3) organization or government agency. You will be asked to provide a copy of your IRS Determination Letter.

  • Provide direct services to an underserved or at-risk population.

  • Provide a copy of your most recent Agency Fact Sheet or brochure with published outcomes and a summary of services provided.

  • Designate an agency staff member as the Sharetix contact who will distribute tickets, track usage and report back to Sharetix after each event.

  • Submit a signed Sharetix Memo of Understanding (provided by Sharetix) before requesting tickets.

  • Have Executive Director approval to participate.

  • Include the Sharetix Foundation as an in-kind Donor in Annual Report and other marketing-related materials. Provide a copy of this report to Sharetix annually.

  • Participate in a brief Sharetix Orientation to review how the program works with Sharetix staff.
