Sharetix Application
Welcome to Sharetix.
In order to participate in the Sharetix program, you must be a recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization, a government agency or religious group. Review the following requirements to see if you are eligible.
To participate, your agency must:
Be a 501(c)(3) organization or government agency and you must provide a copy of your IRS Determination Letter.
Provide a copy of your most recent Agency Fact Sheet or brochure with published outcomes and a summary of services provided.
Have Executive Director approval to participate.
Include the Sharetix Foundation as an in-kind Donor in Annual Report and other marketing-related materials. Provide a copy of this report to Sharetix annually.
Designate an agency staff member as the Sharetix contact who will distribute tickets, track usage and report back to Sharetix after each event.
Submit a signed Sharetix Memo of Understanding before requesting tickets.
