Christmas in July

We beat the heat and headed to Deer Valley to celebrate a little Christmas in July with the Utah Symphony. We were met with twinkling lights and Santa’s elves who asked us if we were “naughty” or “nice!” Decked out in our Santa hats we we were treated to a festive evening of Winter-themed works to help us get in the Christmas spirit. Visions of sugar-plums danced in our heads, and violin virtuoso and Utah’s own Will Hagen thrilled us with his amazing performance of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons. Best of all, a vacationing visitor from the North Pole made an appearance to the delight of patrons of all ages. Too bad we have to wait five more months until Christmas.
